I. Rid of glare
        1. Cover the shiny, white table with a dull cover.
        2. Replace high intensive florescent lighting.
        3. Cover white pages with see through colored plastic sheeting.
        4. Use straight edge guide that is a soft color.

    II. Watch the posture
        1. Use blocks under the child's feet if their legs dangle.
        2. No leaning on one arm.
        3. Use pillows between the back of a large chair and the child's back.
        4. Send the foot block, backpad and line guide to school for your child. This will increase focus ability by 50%.

    III. Get both eyes working together during reading
        1. Correct posture during reading by gently lifting from behind your child while seated.
        2. Remind the child before beginning that one rule is not to tilt the head.
        3. Check the table height. The book should be at chest height.
